JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is calling a string of deadly shootings gang-related.
JSO Director Tom Hackney held a news conference Friday afternoon, warning gang members that they are coming for them.
Hackney said there are 47 documented gangs in the city, with up to 1,200 members.
Among the victims are two women who were killed Thursday night in a drive-by shooting.
JSO said Sherika Edwards was a member of the PYC Gang. Her family calls her "Octavia." The other victim was identified as Shelmika Felton, and JSO said she has no known gang affiliation.
Action News' Catherine Varnum sent detectives information we got last night that three crimes could be related.

Those crimes are a fatal shooting at a Westside McDonald's on Wednesday, the Thursday night shooting where Edwards and Felton were killed and a shooting in Spring Grove in March.
Hackney confirmed the cases dating back to last month are gang related and they are looking to see how they are all connected. The director said the big problem is gangs.
Varnum was was the first local reporter at the shooting Thursday night in New Town. Neighbors immediately told her gangs were behind it. Hackney said with the 47 gangs in the city, he's worried more innocent people will be shot.
"The culture of death and violence that these gang members live in gives me great concern, causes me to believe that their disregard for human life and their propensity toward violence and using guns is going to cause an innocent victim to lose their life," Hackney said.
No arrests have been made in any of the three cases they're looking at.
At 11, we'll take a closer look at how many people are in gangs in Jacksonville and the plan to stop the violence.
