Police say an argument between two adults and James David Childs, 59, led to Childs firing shots toward the victims before they ran off.
SWAT searched a house where Childs was believed to be hiding, but he wasn’t inside.
Childs is wanted for aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a felon.
