Flowers and balloons now sit at the spot on Kline Road where 34-year-old Dustin Minarik was gunned down Sunday.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is still looking for his killer, despite a house full of people who may have witnessed the crime.
Police said a house party at 3024 Kline Road ended when someone shot and killed Minarik.
Minarik was not attending the party, he lived across the street. According to police, he came out of his home to move his vehicle when he was shot.
Neighbors reported hearing several gunshots. Police said a large number of people fled the area right after the shots rang out.
Minarik leaves behind three young children between the ages of 12 and 7.
