KINGSLAND, Ga. — A citizen spotted a wanted man, Kagan Graham, on Colerain Road on Tuesday and reported the sighting to police. The Kingsland Police Department was then able to locate and arrest Graham on a warrant for alleged aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charges.
Graham initially ran from deputies with the Camden County Sheriff's Office on Monday.
