A Florida man is facing felony charges after his girlfriend found a video of him sexually abusing a young girl on his tablet -- and confronted him at McDonald's.
Lake City police say George Avery, 54, is facing sexual battery, child abuse and child pornography charges.
According to police, Avery's girlfriend was playing games on his tablet while he was at work Tuesday when she found a video of him performing sexual acts on another female.
The woman's friend said it was her 9-year-old daughter, according to a police report.
Police say she showed the video to her friend to see if she recognized the person in the video.
The woman and her friend confronted Avery while he was at work at the McDonald's on NW Main Boulevard in Lake City.
Bystanders called police when Avery and the women began fighting in the parking lot, according to the arrest report.
Officers detained Avery and took him to the police station for questioning.
Police said he gave them consent to search the tablet.
Police also interviewed the 9-year-old girl, who told them Avery touched her three times.
Avery is expected to face charges including sexual battery by an adult on a victim under 12, cruelty towards a child and possession of obscene material with child sex performance.
Police said Avery could face more charges pending forensic analysis of the tablet by Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
