The president of Latitude 360 resigned the day after our Action News Jax Investigation into the company's finances and failures aired.
A new document the company filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission says President Greg Garson stepped down Wednesday.
The form filed says his resignation is not because of any "Dispute or disagreement" with the company.
Action News Jax reached out to both Garson and CEO Brent Brown, who is still at the helm of Latitude 360, but neither of them have gotten back to us.
Latitude 360 has added two new board members, John C. Maher and Susan Kurland.
Maher is Executive Vice President of Global Workplace Solutions Brokerage for CBRE Group, Inc.
Kurland is currently an Executive Vice President with the New York Tri-State Region Retail Services Group of CBRE.
John Alexon also resigned from the company's board Wednesday.
The document Latitude 360 filed says the board plans to restructure the company to substantially reduce its overhead costs "to be more in line with the company's projected revenues."
