JACKSONVILLE, Fla — At approximately 6:45 p.m., the driver of a white sedan traveling westbound on I-10 lost control of his vehicle and collided with the concrete overpass wall.

Florida Highway Patrol says the driver of the sedan was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities say the reasons for the driver losing control are still unknown; but an investigation is pending.
