JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A man is being treated for injuries he sustained after being shot early Wednesday on Jacksonville’s Westside. The incident occurred at about 1 a.m. in the 1700 block of Barnett Street. No arrests were announced. Police said it is not known if the shooter and victim know each other
