JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A man who was sought by authorities since July was arrested by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
Jeffrey Ryan Howell was a suspect featured on the Action News Jax Predator Alert on July 20, 2016.
Howell was wanted for failure to register as a sex offender, in connection with the sexual assault of a minor between 12 to 15 years old, officials said.
