McDonald's rolls out digital kiosks and table service for Jacksonville locations

Several McDonald's in Jacksonville are getting some big changes to enhance customer experiences, and one of those changes includes self-ordering kiosks.

McDonald’s USA said that restaurants in Florida—and specifically Jacksonville—have been working making these changes.

In the Jacksonville area, seven restaurants have completed the changes. During 2017, a total of 69 restaurants in the market will have completed the changes.

McDonald’s said it is adding table service, interactive technology, premium ingredients and new restaurant designs to enhance customer experience.

There will be digital, self-ordering kiosks to make ordering and paying easier. Customers can still order at the counter.

McDonald’s said it's introducing recipes that would allow customers to craft their sandwich. The three new recipes include Maple Bacon Dijon, Pico Guacamole or Sweet BBQ Bacon.
