JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A 35-year-old man is back in Duval County courts after being caught in Winter Haven, Florida, last month.
Lenard Anderson is charged with second-degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The charges are from a fatal shooting at Mascara's nightclub last September.
Anderson is accused of killing Brandon Green inside the club located at 3225 Southside Boulevard.
In court Monday, Anderson pleaded not guilty to both charges. He is scheduled to be in court again on June 3 for a pretrial hearing.
