YULEE, Fla. — The Nassau County Sheriff's Office said it has located a missing woman with Alzheimer's disease.
Hazel Portulas was reported missing and last seen around the Nassauville Road area.
NCSO said she is safe and was located near her home. She has walked from her home unaccompanied before.
