TaShala Turner has been found according the authorities.
West Virginia University Police Department said, "TaShala Turner, a WVU student reported missing Sunday, Dec. 2, has been found safe in Morgantown. University Police located Turner this evening. Officers and her family are with her now."
Original Story: The National Center for Missing and Endangered Person's said a credit card belonging to missing West Virginia student TaShala Turner was used at a Citgo gas station on the corner of US 1 South and Shore Drive in St. Augustine on Sunday.
Turner was last seen on video surveillance at The Juice bar on the West Virginia University, Evansdale Campus, in Morgantown, West Virginia Thursday, Nov. 29.
Action News Jax reporter Courtney Cole obtained surveillance from that St. Augustine gas station on U.S 1.
Cole also spoke to the managers of the gas station. They told her they didn’t have any contact with Turner yesterday.
The surveillance video shows a vehicle that matches the vehicle description in the missing persons flyer: a 2016-2017 White Hyudai Sonata Tuscon Sport.
The person in the video appears to be a young woman matching the description of Turner, however, it is unclear at this time if the girl in the surveillance video is Turner.
19-year-old Turner is 5 foot 5 inches tall, weighs 115 pounds, and has green eyes.
