UNIONTOWN, Pa. — A newborn baby dropped by a nurse at Uniontown Hospital last week is now home with his family.
The boy's grandmother told Channel 11's Damany Lewis that Eli Murdock was released Tuesday.

A 32-year veteran nurse was in a chair feeding and burping the 1-day-old baby when he slipped from her grasp.

He was later diagnosed with a skull fracture.
A spokesman for Uniontown hospital said the nurse will be disciplined, but not fired.
