JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Police haven't yet arrested whomever is responsible for the deaths of two Tampa teenagers found in Jacksonville -- their bodies naked and bound together.
Tjhisha Ball, 18, and Angelia Mangum, 19, were found dead on Sisson Drive Thursday. Their naked bodies were tied together, police say, and dumped under an overpass.
"It's scary here in Jacksonville anymore," said neighbor Davis Sparkman. The Sparkman family drove by the scene Friday using the story as a cautionary tale for their granddaughter. "That could have been her right there. That's what I want her to understand," said Debbie Sparkman.

Friends told Action News the girls lived on the edge, stayed at local hotels, finding work where they could at local strip clubs. Family members say the two were lifelong friends.
So far, police have not released any information about who could be responsible for their deaths. They also have not yet said how the girls were killed. The Sparkmans no longer feel safe in their North Jacksonville neighborhood.
"I love Jacksonville, but I'm about ready to move," Davis Sparkman said.
