SANDERSON, Fla. — A 23-year-old man from Orange Park is dead after a crash Tuesday in Baker County. It happened at about 12:26 a.m. on U.S. Highway 90 near Tiger Lake Road in Sanderson.
The man was traveling eastbound on Highway 90 when the sedan he was driving entered the westbound lane, a Florida Highway Patrol news release states.
After entering the westbound lane, the man’s car crashed head-on into an SUV driven by a 31-year-old Cocoa woman traveling with three children ages 9, 3, and 1, the news release states.
All of the occupants in the SUV were treated for minor injuries and the Orange Park man was pronounced dead at the scene, the news release states.
