JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A person was shot early Tuesday on Jacksonville’s Westside. It happened at about 2 a.m. in the 5700 block of Normandy Boulevard. Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office remained at the scene Tuesday morning investigating. A JSO news release on the incident states the victim is not being cooperative with officers and the shooter is unknown.
