JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Police are evacuating part of an apartment complex on the Southside after an investigation that began before 8 p.m.
Police are on scene at 8000 Southside Boulevard at the Auburn Glen Apartments.
A witness tells us she saw police officers with guns out and heard them talking to someone with a megaphone.
The witness was blocked from going to her mother's house because of the police investigation.
