Police looking for pair who stole $1,500 worth of merchandise from Atlantic Boulevard retailer

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said it’s looking for two women they said stole $1,500 worth of merchandise from a department store on Atlantic Boulevard on July 12. In a social media post Wednesday, JSO said one of the woman distracted a store greeter which helped facilitate their escape.

JSO shared a photo of the women who were both in riding motorized shopping carts. Police are asking anyone who recognizes the suspects to call 904-630-0500 or First Coast Crime Stoppers at 1-866-845-TIPS.
