A Palm Coast man faces two felony charges after he reportedly opened fire on a car on I-95.
Cyrus Nelson, 19, is accused of shooting at a moving car Tuesday during rush hour on I-95. The victim told the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office that Nelson fired one shot at him in an apparent road rage.
Nelson reportedly told told deputies he was just firing a warning shot. He was jailed on moving violations and weapons charges.
Nelson was found weaving in and out of traffic at a high rate of speed, police said.
His bail was set at $11,000. As of Wednesday afternoon, he was still in jail.
