ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — Police are investigating a shooting incident that happened around 4 a.m. Saturday.
According to the St. John’s County Sheriff’s Office, a Mark Christopher Ruddle, 41, went to Dylan Clyde Potter's, 22, home at the 1000 block of Southbank Way.
They argued at the front door and the older man fired a round into the home with a handgun.
Ruddle was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed firearm.
No one in the residence was injured. The police questioned witnesses at the scene.
Potter was was also arrested on an outstanding warrant from Clay County.
