Publix is changing some rules that will make it tougher for extreme couponers to shop in their stores.
You're now limited to two total order coupons, one from Publix and one from a competitor. Also, you can now only use eight of the same coupon per day, per household.
Finally, Publix defines a household as a single family. So parents who have hit their coupon limits cannot send their children through to make coupon purchases.
