PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. — Epic-Cure Palatka is calling on local restaurants, chefs, and commercial kitchens to help turn 26,000 pounds of donated food into packaged meals for local families.
The organization is offering donated ingredients, bulk chicken, and containers to food-service operators willing to donate kitchen space and labor.

Participation requires no long-term commitment, allowing kitchen staff to assist during flexible hours.
Participating food-service partners can select meal production levels based on their team’s availability and capacity. Epic-Cure is accepting help for preparation batches of 25, 50, 100, or more meals.
The organization is also providing other donated ingredients required for cooking.

Donated food inventory includes items such as cooked Jasmine rice, fried rice, roasted sweet potatoes, cilantro pesto, and sauces including Alfredo, Thai yellow curry, Korean sweet heat, Bolognese, and Jamaican jerk.
Epic-Cure is also seeking partners who can assist with transporting donated ingredients or completed meals.
