PUTNAM CO., Fla. — A Putnam County hit-and-run crash killed 31-year-old Lindsey Walker early on Saturday morning, according to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP).
The unknown vehicle was traveling northbound on US 17 when it struck and killed Walker. She was walking northbound along Us 17.
The victim landed on the grassy east shoulder, and was pronounced dead at the scene. FHP is currently investigating the incident.
