RELATED: Man killed in St. Augustine shooting
The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office said Sunday that they had arrested two people in connection with a shooting that killed a Jacksonville man.
The shooting, which happened Saturday afternoon, killed Kahlil Cooke, 20, of Jacksonville. The incident happened in an undeveloped area off Hickory Forrest Road.
Deputies arrested Dalton Faulkner, 23, and Sarah Itani, 17, both of Jacksonville.
Deputies said that Faulkner and Itani are believed to have been involved in the shooting death but were not the actual person who may have fired the gun.
They asked the public to be on the lookout for a vehicle believed to have been involved in the shooting. It is a black, 4-door Chevy with possibly four tires on the rear axle.
