St. Johns County landowner to conduct 200-acre prescribed burn

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — A private landowner in St. Johns County is scheduled to conduct a 200-acre prescribed burn near CR-13A North and POA Boy Farms Rd Tuesday.

The Florida Forest Service says the burn is for silviculture and ecological purposes.

Residents in the area are advised to exercise caution during the operation.
