ST. AUGUSTINE BEACH, Fla. — A shortage in the workforce has forced the City of St. Augustine Beach to suspend recycling services starting Monday, Oct. 4.
The last week for collection will be on the last week of Sept. but residents are urged to keep their blue bins for when services resume.
