ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — An 18-year-old from St. Augustine was hit and killed by a pickup truck while tending to an animal on State Road 16 at Collins Avenue at 11:31 p.m. Saturday, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The truck was traveling eastbound on State Road 16.
