TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Students across Florida will try to take the Florida Standards Assessments tests after a computer problem suspended testing for a second time.
The company that administers the online test had a technical problem Monday that it says has been fixed. But many people are still upset about the delay.
Last month, the writing portion of the FSA was given a roll-out that was marred by computer crashes and glitches that caused delays. American Institutes of Research blames the problem on an unnecessary human error, a change not approved by the department. They've apologized for the disruption and hope testing can resume Tuesday statewide.

Schools in Clay and St. Johns counties were able to resume testing Monday afternoon. Duval County schools suspended for the day and are expected to continue Tuesday.
