Suspect in 14-year-old's murder transferred to Jacksonville

Tamia Sanders, 14, was killed in the shooting on West 38th Street on Aug. 12, a few days before she would have started her freshman year of high school.

Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said Goggins fired into the group of people after an argument between Goggin's mother and another person.

Witnesses said Goggin's mother Luwanda Mack, who was known to get drunk and start arguments, was drinking nearby when she got into a fight with someone.
