PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. — A 54-year-old man was arrested Monday in connection with a bank robbery in Putnam County.
The Putnam County Sheriff's Office said Gary Gunter, of Pomona Park, walked into a TD Bank in Crescent City on Saturday wearing a hooded jacket and masked by a white cream, like shaving cream, and towel wrapped around his hand. Gunter demanded money, made two employees lie on the floor and left with an undisclosed amount of cash, PCSO said.

Major crimes detectives identified a truck on Monday that may have been driven by the suspect. The detectives got a tag number, which led them to Gunter.
Detectives arrested Gunter at a home in Pomona Park. Clothing matching the suspect's description and money from the bank were found at the home, according to deputies.

Gunter was charged with robbery of the Crescent City TD Bank. Deputies said he also had an outstanding warrant for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
