CLAY COUNTY, Fla. — Clay County deputies and the Florida Highway Patrol responded to a fatal crash in Orange Park.
The crash happened at Knight Boxx Road and Blanding Blvd. and involves two vehicles, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
FHP said the man who died is Doglas Soto, 51.
FHP said a didn't have a green left turn arrow and turned in from of Soto's motorcycle at an intersection.
No one in the car reported any injuries, FHP said.
Charges are pending, according to FHP.
