UNION COUNTY, Fla. — Two people are dead following a crash in Union County on Friday morning, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers said the crash happened at 7:30 a.m. at State Road 121 near NE 157th Street in Raiford.
FHP said a van, being driven by a 67-year-old Jacksonville man, was traveling southbound on SR 121 when it crossed into the northbound lane, hitting another car.
The man, and a 24-year-old Hawthorne woman wo was driving the car, both died of their injuries.
