JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department responded to a vehicle crash on Philips Highway.
One person confirmed trapped according to JFRD.

JSO says as far as their knowledge the person involved in the accident is not deceased.
Action News Jax went to the scene and observed a U-Haul vehicle is badly damaged.
According to Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, the call was made around 5:45 a.m..
