NASSAU COUNTY, Fla. — Two men are dead following a murder-suicide in Yulee Monday night. A witness, who said he chased the suspect, spoke to Action News.
Kyle Davis said what started as a normal shopping trip to Walmart ended with him and two other witnesses ducking for cover and running for their lives.

"Basically saw the cart on its side and a bunch of people panicking," said Davis. "Then I noticed the car was getting ready to take off, assuming it was a hit-and-run.”
The police said surveillance video showed Allen Fourtunia intentionally hitting the victim, Steven Swan with his BMW, get out of the car and pummel him on the ground.

“I tried to use the vehicle in front of him to block him in,” said Daivs.
Davis and two other witnesses chased Fourtunia all the way back to his home on Arrigo Boulevard. They say the 59-year-old suspect then ran into his home and started shooting at all three of them.

A neighbor called 911, deputies surrounded the house and bullets started flying.
Davis, the three other witnesses, and neighbors were uninjured in the incident. However, several vehicles did have bullet holes in the them and were confiscated for evidence.
