Action News Jax has obtained the final U.S. Navy administrative report in which sailors admitted to passing videos between each other of female officers showering.

The scandal rocked the USS Wyoming last year when it was discovered that 10 Navy sailors were accused of exchanging the videos.

The report lists hundreds of pages of documents and witness statements from people aboard the USS Wyoming.

Sailors referred to the video in code, saying they "captured some Pokemon," according to the report.

A witness statement talks about how the video was passed along in a parking lot, saying fellow sailors "transferred the gift."

A witness statement says the videos were taken of the women, through a secret hole.

Sailors were sliding down the missile compartment and watching the women through air gaps around piping on the ship, according to the report.

The report says sailors told investigators they didn't say anything to superiors out of fear of what would happen to them and their shipmates.
