JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A woman is dead after the vehicle she was driving crashed into a fence Friday at the Westwood Apartment complex, 1171 Lane Ave. S., Jacksonville. Officers were called to the location at about 6:48 a.m. and located the vehicle. A woman in her mid 50’s was found in the SUV. She was pronounced dead at the scene, JSO said at a news conference. Due to the low speed of the crash, police believe she may have suffered a medical issue.
