NASSAU COUNTY, Fla. — A woman escaped without a scratch after a tornado dropped a tractor-trailer on her car.

“I don’t know how I walked away from it,” Lexi Wolf said.

The woman was at State Road 200 and Christian Way last week when an EF1 tornado ripped through Nassau County, damaging dozens of homes. The tornado also knocked a tractor-trailer over onto Wolf’s car.

Wolf walked away unharmed.

“I just felt this 'bam' on the car, and it spun me around, and I was in the car and it just keep crushing on me and crushing on me. And I was in there screaming, 'Stop, stop, stop!' And then I thought, 'Oh my God, I’m going to die,'" Wolf said.

Two men saw what happened and ran to help get her out.

“He said it was like watching something out of a movie,” Wolf said.

Wolf reconnected with the man on Facebook, and he told her that he hopes that if he is ever in the same situation, someone will do the same for him.

“I consider myself blessed,” Wolf said. “I don’t think luck had anything to do with it.”

Wolf said she’s in the market for a new Maxima, and that what happened won’t keep her off the road.
