ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. — The rock band ZZ Top is suspending its tour, which includes a concert in St. Augustine.

Bassist Dusty Hill slipped and fell on his hip on the tour bus Wednesday night.

The injury needed immediate attention, according to a news release from the band.

Concerts in Alpharetta, West Palm Bach, Tampa, Oklahoma and Texas are being rescheduled as well.  Fans are being advised to hold on to their tickets.

As a result, the Sept. 7 concert at the St. Augustine Amphitheater will be rescheduled to a date yet to be determined.

Tour dates impacted include concerts shared with Jeff Beck through Sept. 31, but Beck said he will perform on Aug. 29 in New York, Aug. 30 in Atlantic City, and Aug. 31 at the MGM in Mashantucket, Connecticut.
