The Clay County Sheriff's Office arrested and charged Lucas Aaron Fullwood with video voyeurism.

A woman told police that she noticed an object sitting on a cabinet in her bathroom while getting ready for work.  After she realized the object was a digital camera, she took out one of the batteries.

Police said the object was a black GE wireless color camera.

The camera was pointed in the direction of the shower and tub, on top of an 8-foot tall cabinet, according to the woman.

The camera was surrounded by other items.

The woman said the bathroom is used by her and her daughter.

The video camera was collected and submitted into evidence.

A warrant was issued for Fullwood’s arrest, and he turned himself in at the Clay County Jail.

He was not questioned, and did not make any statements.

Fullwood’s bond is set for $25,002.
