ATLANTA — A Georgia man's amusing Facebook post about a recent shopping trip with his wife is going viral.
According to WSMV and KLFY, Jeremy Tuck, a pastor at Living Faith Tabernacle in Forest Park, shared a photo Saturday that showed him standing outside a Target store with a cardboard sign.
The image, jokingly captioned, "I will not be silent," quickly went viral. By early Wednesday, it had racked up more than 148,000 shares and hundreds of comments.
"Not homeless. Wife in Target 2+ hours. Please help!" it read.
"I feel his pain!!" one commenter quipped.
"Should've just stayed at home and let your woman be!!" added another. "Do you."
On Sunday, Tuck's wife, Akila Cooper Tuck, weighed in on her husband's viral fame.
"I wish I could get a $1 for how many times my husband's 'funny' Target picture has been shared," she wrote on Facebook. "He's gone viral all for making fun of me 'budget' shopping at Target. I think I deserve something for all my troubles!"
Appropriately, her post ended with the hashtag #targetforever.
