LAKEVILLE, Mass. — An environmental police officer rescued two rare snapping turtles from a pool.
Massachusetts Environmental Police said the two hatchlings were found in a Lakeville pool, and they are just two days old. One of the turtles is albino, the other is believed to be melanistic, which is the exact opposite of albinism.
