According to KFOR-TV, Hakim Mustafa Moore, 27, and Robin Alexander, 29, of Atlus, are wanted on charges of child abuse, child neglect and enabling child neglect, police said. On June 10, authorities in Jackson County issued a "failure to appear" warrant for the pair, who may be in St. Louis, Missouri, St. Louis police said in a Facebook post.

Three of the couple's children are in Oklahoma state custody after authorities found them in critical condition, the Facebook post said. A fourth was found dead, and investigators are still looking for a fifth child, who "was born in a hotel room and is currently undocumented," police said.
