LINDALE, Texas — Here’s why you shouldn’t try to cross a flooded road.
Allen N. Laneigh Childers posted the dramatic video on Facebook, which shows a large culvert being washed out by the floodwaters in storm-ravaged Texas.

In the video, the driver can be heard telling another witness that he crossed just before the road gave away.
The incident happened on County Road 450 in Lindale, which also was struck by at least one confirmed tornado Friday evening.
