Roker, 66, promised fans he will “See you all soon.”

The longtime weatherman and co-host on NBC’s “TODAY” announced his diagnosis Nov. 6, explaining he would undergo surgery to have his prostate removed, and his surgeon, Dr. Vincent Laudone, discussed the diagnosis on the show.

“Fortunately (Roker’s) cancer appears somewhat limited or confined to the prostate, but because it’s more aggressive, we wanted to treat it,” Laudone said.
