OKLAHOMA CITY — A 6-year-old Oklahoma boy who is battling a serious genetic disease, is looking for Christmas cheer this holiday season and is asking for Christmas cards.

Kayden Chaffin, of Noble, suffers from spinal muscular atrophy, a genetic disorder affecting the muscles, KOKI reported. He wants to raise awareness for the disease and believes gathering Christmas cards is a positive step.

If you would like to send Kayden a card, you can mail it to P.O. Box 244 Noble, OK 73068.

Kayden told KOCO that Christmas cards make him very happy, and he enjoys collecting them. The boy has been gathering cards for several years, his mother, Amanda Chaffin, told the television station.

Kayden has received police badges, football fan packs and cards from around the world, KOCO reported.
