Jacksonville Icemen postpone this weekend’s games

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. —

The Jacksonville Icemen’s three home games vs. the Florida Everblades this weekend have been postponed.

Icemen President Bob Ohrablo said, “As a precaution, and to adhere to all COVID-19 protocols set by the ECHL, as well as state and local officials, the decision has been made to postpone this weekend’s games.”

“The safety of our fans, players, staff and working personnel will always remain as our top priority,” said Ohrablo.

The games were scheduled in Jacksonville for Friday Jan. 22, Saturday Jan. 23 and Sunday Jan. 24.

If you purchased tickets to any of these three games, an Icemen representative will be in touch to help you reschedule.

If you were planning on attending Jan. 22 and/or Jan. 23 for Teacher Appreciation Night, the new dates will be Feb. 19 and Feb. 20.
