JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Chilly start to Sunday morning with temperatures in the 40's and 50's. Temperatures will slowly climb to the upper 60's to lower 70's by noon and cap there for most areas. Partly sunny with periods of mostly sunny in coastal areas.

For Northeast Florida beaches, there is a High Risk Of Rip Currents, moderate in Southeast Georgia. A Small Craft Advisory in effect from Fernandina to St. Augustine until 11am.
