JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Warm and rather humid into this evening with scattered showers. Rain will be heaviest and most widespread south of I-10 and east of Highway 301 with slow moving heavy showers in some areas dropping a quick inch or so of rain with a few lightning strikes possible. Rain will end shortly after sunset with lows in the 60s.
Wednesday will be a little cooler thanks to winds off of the Atlantic. Highs will still reach the 70s with only isolated showers over southern parts of the area.
TROPICS: No areas of concern across the Atlantic Basin with less than 4 weeks left in the hurricane season.
