Restaurant Report: Local juice bar squeezed by inspectors

Becker paid a visit to Juice Tap on Gate Parkway near I-295 which was squeezed by inspectors. They found six live small flying insects, a mold-like substance in an ice machine and a time/temperature safety violation.

Elsewhere, Rue Saint Marc on San Marco Boulevard near Alford Place was cited for time/temperature safety violations, raw food not separated from ready to eat food and an employee with no hair restraint.

Inspectors say China 1 on Atlantic Boulevard near Hodges Boulevard had time/temperature safety violations, an employee working with food without them washing hands and soiled handles on a cooler.

Restaurant Report: Bird is not the word at Jacksonville wing restaurant

Becker’s final stop, Cuisine 76 Bar on Park Street near Post Street. It was cited for time/temperature safety violations, raw food stored over ready to eat food and an employee drinking from an unenclosed container.

All the restaurants passed follow-up inspections.
